Your practice is part of a Primary Care Network (PCN).  PCN’s are GP Practices working with other Practices in their local area. By working together, we can deliver more local services for our patients. PCNs work together across larger geographical areas to improve and offer a wider range of services to patients. From the 1st October 2022 patients in our practices will be able to access health care services outside of ‘normal’ GP practice hours: weekdays from 6:30pm 8:00pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. This ‘enhanced access’ will be offered to all patients within the PCN.

As a registered patient, we are seeking your views, so as to help shape our ‘Enhanced Access’ to primary care appointments.
